> Need help with wierd missing sms.please

Hi everyone, I believe the nature of my problem is quite specific as a search on the relevant keywords has not brought up any results.
This morning I notice 2 new programs/applications which I've never realized or never had before the reformatting.
They are MRapp and PbxViewer. They are both represented by diamond icons which signifies that the symbian does not recognize them???
Anyway, being curious, I pressed on the MRapp icon and without any warning or further confirmation, my phone was being reset. I immediately switched off my phone. Then when I restarted, I've lost most of my info.
The funny thing is when I open my sms inbox, I can still see all the sms in preview mode (you know where you can see some of the words in the sms before you click on each individual sms). But when I click the specific sms, it just shows a blank page...i.e no words at all. I don't think I've lost the sms as I can still see them in preview mode (though admittedly not all the words).
Just 2 questions please
1) what the hell is the MRapp software?
2) Has anyone faced the same problem with their sms, i.e can see the preview but getting a blank page when you click to open each individual sms, and if so any idea how I can back all my sms in full (unfortunately my previous backup was 2 months ago!)

Ok if my previous post was too longa nd complicated, then pls someone tell me what is MRapp and how do I get rid of it (i.e I can't seem to uninstall it)?
