I dont know what happens! I have received the setting from O2 for the MMS service prepay and when I try to send pictures messages to another O2 mobile numbers or email it says USER BARRED, SENT FAILED.

Im connected to GPRS and i can get MMS messages but not sending.

Can anybody help me? pls.

Your phone must be barred from sending mms's so what you have to do is call your service provider and ask them to lift the restriction on your handset.

Call us up, its a free call from the mobile - chances are someone will call you back on your alternative contact number if they need to fiddle with the phone. Ask to be put through to MIST (Mobile Internet Support Team) as they are the best people to help.

mine worked ok for a few dyas but is now giving use barred, probably just teething problems, only to be expected from the great crap ones.
LAUGH OUT LOUD!!! They bought a 3g licence for like 10 billion quid, those incompetent morons will never get it to work!!!!!
I was told you can use it in some countries, Spain for one, but it won't be free. I t does mention something bout this on 02's website.
