hi guys!
i use a bluetooth dongle to communicate between my phone and the pc. is it faster than the usb??
if yes, then would it make a huge difference for me ???

Nope bluetooth 1.1 and 1.2 supports up to 723.1 kbit/s.
USB 2.0 high speed supports up to 480Mbits/second

so USB is faster.

it does depend on what phone your using and what you need it for? music/pictures/ringtones/themes etc...

same here, i have a built in card reader on my laptop and a MS Duo usb card reader, takes about 1 min to copy 100Mb of data

Before I had a card reader, it was a complete b!tch making backups of the entire card to format it but now with a card reader, I can move my entire card (~450mb) in about 4-5 mins.

Try find yourself a cheapish reader unless you already have one or you want something better, it'll make a huge amount of difference.
