Hi all.
God only knows how, but the touchscreen just completely randomly gave up on my m600i. I have tried updating with SEUS (which failed at 2% the first time, but worked the second), and the touch sensitivity still doesnt work.
Which of course means i cant use it at all because i cant select ANY option from the initial setup wizard because stupidly you cant select them with the scroll wheel.
SO. What the hell am I supposed to do with my light, but paticularly annoying black brick. God only knows where my nearest SE Service centre is and I cant find any sort of locator for them. (If someone cares to help, I
live in Tham, near to Aylesbury and Oxford, which are about the only places I can get to easily).
Does anybody have any ideas before I phone sony ericsson and fire rubber pellets at the damn thing? (It's orange branded by the way, but i'll be damned if I'm getting orange to repair it, load of crap they are)
Thanks in advance
andrew

Hi, i think you should try the following:
First phone sony ericsson (08705 237237).
Then you can send your phone to their repair centre for which the address is:
Freepost NATW 1026
Repair Centre
Unit 2a Appletree Road, Industrial Estate
Chipping Warden
Banbury, Oxen
OX17 1LL.
Please confirm the above when you phone S.E.
You could also Ring the repair centre on 01295 662101.
Good Luck.

Hi mate,
When you go to the post office ask them for a "proof of postage", they will give you a stamped paper, but may i suggest you send it special delivery, that way you are covered for any loss.

Totaly agree you MUST have it insured I have "lost" uninsured items that were clearly going to electronics companies in the past, funny how bills always seem to get to me though!!!!
