replaced my W810i under warranty. Strangley, the replacement unit lacked almost all multimedia that should normally be pre-installed with the firmware. (I even updated the FW over SEUS, and still was missing everything.)

Anyway, I had everything backed up, except this video. I'd be much obliged if someone could make it accessible for me to download.
