> Help 'encoding switched off'

when i call some one my t68i says encoding switched off. some members told me that u should switched off ciphering. but the problem is that i dont no how i can switched off ciphering .from which service point. mean network service point or sony ericsson service point. I Should very thank ful to the helper...............

S far as I know ciphering is controlled at the network end and cant be turned on or off on the phone itself.
