G'day all.
I've spent ages searching the posts, so I know that the problem with the # key not working, and the keys occasionally doing wierd and wacky things (like opening menus, connecting to the internet etc) has happened to other people. Haven't updated the software yet (will do that shortly), but was wondering if that has actually solved this problem for anyone.
Also, does anyone know how to transfer text messages from phone to pc? I could do it with my old LG, but can't figure it out with the 610. This is important for me, because if I can't fix the problem, I'll send it back (it's still under warranty) and they'll delete the lot. Please help!

I've also had the problem with my K610i. The # key won't work and many of the other keys are doing strange things. I have sent my phone away for repair 4 times, each time it has returned working, but only for about 30 minutes to a day. The Phone is with "3" (Australia) and the refuse to replace it.
Did you have any luck fixing yours?
