wait for the SEUS to ask u to plug the phone.
then plug the phone. and follow the instructions.

do you keep the C button pressed after inserting the phone in the desk stand?

first you need a dss-20 or 25 deskstand to update a p900 or p910. second if you have the p910 pc suite installed on your computer you have to go to the phone connection monitor on the taskbar (a little icon like this )and double clik to open it then uncheck all usb connections. third when you are asked by seus you simply place the phone on the deskstand DO NOT HOLD THE C BUTTON. NOTE THE DESKSTAND NEEDS DRIVERS TO WORK DOWNLOAD FROM HERE

what's the deal with the C button? Don't the instructions tell ya to hold the C?
I did not have a P910, but I had a P900 and now the P990 and on both I HOLD THE C BUTTON without any issues.

Now why you guys are so adamant about NOT holding the C button on a P910? Just curios, nothing else.

I always connected the phone to the computer first while powered on just be be sure it was being recognized, then started the update program and waited for it to tell me to power the phone off and connect it. Also make sure that the power charger is not connected to the phone while it is in the desk stand as that will prevent the upgrade from working.
