There is a Megadrive/Genesis emulator for UIQ3, it will be that.
Not sure how he got the pad attached though....

hum... wish it showed a few more close-ups of where the wire coming from the phone attaches to the pad. could just be the emulator running the demo?

these type of pads cum for fones like z600i which i used to hv with a silver game pad take a look for ur self
