My replacement W810 (FW R4EA031) is doing something strange, which never happened on my prior W810 with any FW version.

Let's say I set a task with a reminder for 5:30 PM. I view the task, and it shows a reminder set for 5:30 PM. When the phone's clock indicates 5:30 PM, the task appears in the Activity Menu... with a reminder time of 11:30 PM

Note that I have the Time Zone set to GMT-7 (+7 hours) and DST is on (-1 hour). If I change the Time Zone to GMT and turn off DST, and keep the phone's time the same, then the reminder time correctly matches the phone clock.

This happens irregardless of Auto Time Zone being on or off. It also doesn't matter if I let the phone reset the time with the Time Zone and DST changes or not.

What's going on?

Great, I've stumped Esato. Now I'm worried!

BTW, this applies to task reminders only. Calendar reminders are unaffected.

This may be a FW bug... I reapplied the current FW via SEUS with no luck.

Seems your fw adjusts automatically to +6(+7-1)... you'd change it, afait...

No, because everything else correctly keeps the time (zone, DST) I set.

Only task reminders have this problem.

It must be a FW bug. I never had this version on my old phone, that's probably why I never saw it.

That's what i meant, a fw bug... The tasks' time tends to divulge from the actual time...
