Does anyone have any podcast download s/w for the p990. I would like to be able to download podcasts to my P990 and listen to them on the move. A bit like the ability in iTunes.

Just download on your PC and transfer to the video folder of your P990i. If the podcast uses the H264 codec (many do) then you'll need to convert to the H263 codec using - for example - Quicktime Pro.

I'm assuming you are looking for a podcatcher programme to download via wifi directly onto the phone? I've been searching for something like this since I got my 990 but it seems there isn't anything available for UIQ , a few good ones available for Nokia S60 phones but nothing for us it seems! It would be great if SE included one in the new firmware.

For audio podcasts, if you open within the web browser then the file will automatically be downloaded to the Music folder on your memorystick. You can then play as usual within the Media Player.

this is possible with some but not all all podcasts unfortunately. What I am looking for is a simple RSS based podcatcher programme that can be set up to automatically download selected podcasts, a la itunes or the inbuilt programme in the Nokia E61i.
