A nurse's fob watch maybe?

pocket penlights are always useful, or a nice pen for notewriting - though has to be black ink!

I know they're fairly cheap gift ideas but hopefully point you in the right direction

A Fob watch is a great idea! My girlfriend loves hers and the pen I gave her. Only thing is she is afraid to use the pen on the wards as they 'Go Missing' so often! But she always getting compliments on her Fob watch and so I get lots of kisses!

Yes good point, pens do tend to 'go missing' a lot on the wards! Best tell her if you get an expensive pen never to lend it to anyone or put it down anywhere - even for 10 seconds! I've learnt that through bitter experience!

How about a WHITE-colored fone (to resemble her WHITEY-uniform) . . . or a digital BP gadget ?
