After surviving Hurricane Katrina .. been trying to get help 20 months now with no damn luck. cant help wondering where the hell all the funds that were raised went to. am at point of giving up and killing myself so my wife and daughter get my life insurance . at least they will be taken care of then. Shame that corrupt bastards profit from the misfortune of others.

at the time I was living in america on the gulfcoast just east of new orleans. between katrina and my disgust with president shrub I left america. currently due to visa situation I travel between malaysia and singapore every couple months.

Seems abit crap the government if still after that time nothing's been vastley done

im sure the Goverment would be rushing to sort it out here if anything like that did occur but how am I / we to know nothing major like that has ever occured in GB !

Did anyone watch the Top Gear America special, when I saw the state of New Orleans when they drove through, it just shocked me to put it simply. The worlds richest country and they haven't done anything to help their own people out, a disgrace if you ask me.

At the time they didnt even issue an evacuation order or warning in the area I lived in. Took 3 weeks for the first relief workers to arrive in the area after katrina. As to the u.s govt helping what a joke they dont give a damn about their own citizens. Theyre now taking back what little they gave going after retirees and disabled ppl. yet doing nothing about the corrupt bastards profiting from it all. Basically because Im not a white rich christian , a inbred bubba or black Im f**ked and get no help.
