I have a w950i and i want to restrict one number to call me, someone know how to make this ? or some software for UIQ3 ?

Another solution, which is quite generic, and works with almost all mobile phones that supports differentiated ring signals based on caller ID, is to assign the number you want to ban a "silent" ring signal.

To add to what altemyr said, also put the name as DO NOT ANSWER and add a hazard sign as a contact picture

Or you can use the "Accept calls" setting you have in your phone which permits you to block up to 20 numbers at the same time.

this option let me answer only list callers not blocking them
