Just gone thru their site in which I just click on everything since I can understand Japanese lang.

but from picture and some of the text...I think they are talking about using an adapter to make micro SD to work with M2.

in a way it seem like a bad thing for M2 future but in a way, I think it help SE to gain customer who not used to be using M2....as proprietary or un common memory format is sometimes seen as an obstacle for someone to change their phone brand

No its because that phone takes both MicroSD and M2 as it has 2 slots! the 'adaptor' is merely a tray for the MicroSD to sit in.

they wouldnt be able to make an adaptor as they are to similar in size...

yesterday i was sending thru my phone so i can't read what i posted (picture)

but look carefully in the picture.

when you slot in the M2...you are having the copper connector facing inward

but when you look at the second picture which have something like a casing....for MicroSD....you can see the picture is saying the copper connector on the memory card should be facing outward.

it is not a different connector slot because the picture is showing the same slot.

not only you got an adapter (maybe you like to call it a tray...but whatever lah)...you might be seeing this is a M2 and micro SD combo connector.

looks like its either 2 slots, or one slot and the adaptor lets it use a different set of contacts at the other end.
