It is the T68i cover, not the old one. And the whole set with T68i is being sold at $93 bucks on ebay. Feel free to search the eBay.
I mostly sell faceplates. Not covers. But people have been asking me about it.

I bought a Mineral grey T68i from shima last week. It looks very nice, although it is a lot lighter than it looks in the pictures. It only took 4 days to arrive in UK. Ordered Mon moring, received Friday morning.
