I've never used Ryan Air and I'm pretty broke this month. So I check my online statement to see that they've charged me 50 pounds four times!
I'm trying to get a number but there is only ONE number on their site and that's 10p a minute!

Can someone help me? It seems someone may have used my card! Now I'm I'm -200 pounds....

Had to get my card changed.

THis person knew my home address and telephone number.

@amnesia

Its happened to me. I checked my statement and discovered I flew to Spain last year and I went nowhere near the place.

Contact your bank and ask for the fraud department, they will investigate and refund you.

You will probably find, like I did, that many attempts had been made to take money from your card but only the flight ticket purchases were successful.

The bank will investigate, issue you with another card and refund your money.

the bank said that the fraud department are going to contact me.

THe first guy I spoke to (Barclays) was an idiot. After explaining everything I said "shouldn't I get a new card?" the guy said "it's up to you".

So I hung up and called again for someone else.
The next guy was smarter.
Filled in a new form.
Waiting for the fraud department.
Faxed Ryanair with details just in case.
Ordered a new card.
Changed my Paypal details for good measure.

They will just do some security questions and tell you what activity has been on your card recently and ask if you made various transactions.

I was surprised to find someone had had a right good go at extracting money from me.

A friend of mine had this happen recently. The person got his card details and registered a Tesco mobile sim in his name. They used his email address, home address and home phone number. The only thing they tried to do was spend £30 on a mobile top-up. They forgot though that when they registed the sim that Tesco sent him an email saying they had registered it. Within 30 mins the credit card was cancelled.

I guess I just need to be much more carefull.
Back home we've got this special service where you send a request online to the bank and they send you a temporary bank card number.

You filled up how much you wanted on it instantly.

It's kind of like a top up thing.

Wish Barclays had that.
