I nipped the flexible circuit board for the K750i display while doing a regular repair of the joystick. I know all of you will suggest going to a service centre now and that's what I intend to do. But before I go there, I just wanted to know if only the circuit can be replaced or the whole display system (including the screen) has to be replaced. Any pointers as to how much the repair should cost will also be helpful.

I'm not sure what are the prices in India, but when i had my display fixed, I was charged 2,500 Philippine Peso. This was roughly two years ago. Hope this helps

a new display costs $65. cost of repair may depends on service centre. but if the motherboard circuit would hav damaged, then it would be serious.

Sorry for the delayed reply...Well yes, the joystick just needs some pressure from all sides and its gets fixed

However it did cost me Rs 1750 ($ 43) to have the screen fixed Learning from the experience, had the joystick replaced too.
