How can I find out if my w850i is still network locked tried all the usual codes, but can not seem to find the menu for operator locks. Just got the codes off orange and unlocked it, but would like to see if the padlocks are all unlocked.

I vaguelly recall that Orange don't have the standard sim lock menu in the service menu but you could try

Thanks for that but as you say seems they don't have the menu in the phone, looks like more debranding is needed, thats going to be three phone now.

Thanks boba, I got the unlock codes, but just wanted to check they were all unlocked before trying sims, only have orange and voda, so just wanted to be sure.

I'll second masseur's reply.The usual route to the service menu works but On orange branded handsets it doesn't show the lock status.Debranding the phone will get it all back.

It's actually the orange sim that hides the option. When I unlocked my phone, I had to put in another sim to enable the <**< option. Even when my W810 is unlocked + unbranded now; it still hides the option.
