They sent two different prototype of K550i phones for review to
http://www.mobile-review.com and
http://www.gsmarena.com
The phone with
http://www.mobile-review.com has got a 4.8mm 2:2.8 lens
while the phone with
http://www.gsmarena.com has 3.8mm 1:3.2 lens.
No wonder gsmarena didn't like the camera performance compared to K750i
But the picture samples on
http://www.mobile-review.com are as good as K750i
Any comments on this matter?

I have read that K750 has slightly better quality than K550, not sure about that though
But I guess Mobile Review is more reliable than GSM arena. Gsm arena often put wrong information on its site

I read both reviews before and didn't nootice that until I've seen this post. That is really strange, it would be better if they produce K550i only with 4.8 mm lense.

SE has a better relationship with mobile review than with gsmArena, but yes, it makes no sense at all when you think about what people read. I mean other people will make their decision based on gsmarena's review which in turn hurts SE in terms of sales.

those are different phones altogether, look at the silver plate with 2MP written on it. The GSM ARENA one shows that it has circles on it, and look at the one on mobile review, there is a different pattern on it

Using proto's means we can get in-depth reviews out good and early, it's about striking a balance, i automatically assume that production models will be superior and have never been dissapointed in that regard.
