Hi all i have a W700i and i have 2 bluetooth headsets, they're both working and paired up and i was just wondering if it's possible to use a jar program or something to make ur fone listen to music via bluetooth headset? I tried listening to music while connected to my headset but it doesn't work, it only works if i want to call others or if i receive incoming calls.....
oh yea also if anyone knows any bluetooth midlets or programs for phones plz tell me cuz i wanna use bluetooth wireless related stuff a lot, i've found cool topics such as using bluetooth to hack other people's fone, like u can get their fone book details etc, that's pretty cool and if anyone knows any other bluetooth related stuff plz tell me thx.

that wouldn't help since W700 doesn't provide A2DP profile
and no, there would be no java program to add this support

wat's the A2DP profile? If my fone doesn't have it i'm sure there's a way to add it in, because i've seen topics about how u can hack into ur internal fone settings by using FarManager etc and u can change the fone region and other settings such as changing the settings of the SMS limit so u can store unlimited sms messages etc........
also wat SE fone has A2DP profile?

ok i went on Wikipedia just then and searched for the A2DP definition, i know wat it means now but is there a way i can install the profile onto my W700i? And also even if there is no solution to this i still wanna know how cuz i'm getting a new SE fone possibly SE W950i so i wanna know this beforehand so i can install it when i get my new fone.

ok i found this page just then:
i checked the compatibility list, even though my W700i isn't on there but i'm sure it's compatible because it shows:
Sony Ericsson W610 A2DP compatible (2.0+EDR)
Well if this is the case then W700i surely should be compatible seeing that it's one grade higher than W610, rite? Also W700i or W800i is similar and pretty much the same as K750i or watever, so i think it's possible......anyway plz someone just give me the guide i'll read it myself i'm getting a new fone so i'll find out anyway.

Seems like you're convincing yourself that the W700i is A2DP compatible when actually, it's not.
If you really want to experience A2DP, then get an A2DP-compliant phone like a W950i, W850i or more recently-released SE phones.
I believe the SE website should answer your concerns properly.

If you would like us to read your posts properly, then type them properly.
Also on your previous post, you're thinking that because the W700 has a higher number than the W610, that it's a better phone when it isn't.
The W950 already has A2DP buit into the phone. If you have a stereo bluetooth headset, just pair the phone with the headset and play your music. It's automatic. You don't have to "turn on A2DP" for it to work.
