Hanging around I came up with a comparison between w610 and w810 wich looks really appealing to me. Enjoy the pics:
W610 screen looks a lil bit bigger than w810 counterpart imho:
Back side sports a great design, as usual from SE:
Side by side. w610 looks really slim, big buttons for w810. fastport on the side for w610, bottom part for w810. I think fastport on the side is better when youre listening to your music with headset attached and the phone in your jeans pocket:
Keypad and soft keys. bigger ok button for w610 in this case, so its easier to handle:
Numeric keys. Slimmer for w610, same length as in w810:
2MP autofocus camera with 2 flash leds. Speaker bellow the camera module. Self portrait mirror only for w610. 3.8mm 1:3.2 lens for w610 and 4.8mm 1:2.8 for w810:

Walkman interface.
Walkman V2 for w610. Album Art. Stereo Widening. Changeable skins and also the time is displayed at the top of the screen while music is playing:

Both are great phones imho, each one with its pro and cos. Obviously SE didnt make a w810 successor in every aspect because of w810 market sales. I think Im with w610, as it will get some sound and camera drivers upgrade in the future, like w810 now. Cheers.

Anyway, good comparisong, thanks. I'd buy a W610 when it comes out here. I prefer W610 over W810 mainly because is thinner and Walkman 2.0

W610's keys are terrible and the camera is inferior. Not to mention, the lens isn't recessed like it is on the W810. Better not put that phone down on anything but silk!
Side-mounted FastPort makes no sense. Can't use HBH-__ car holders or MRC-60.
W810's memory card is externally accessible, W610's is not.
Also, MSDP 4 GB costs about the same as MS-Micro 2 GB. And the 4GB card isn't quite available yet.
W610 costs more.
I'll only buy a W610 when my W810 gives up the ghost and I can't buy another one.

Hmmm, one error in your post that I noticed...the w610 does have a mirror, but so does the w810i. You said that the self-portrait mirror is only for the w610.
