Ok heres a quick run down of my situation:
in the last year ive had to have my k800i repaired 3 times, each time the earpeace has ceased to work (no sound, only loud speaker works) and in once case the phone bricked.
its a contract phone in waranty.
Now, i have the reciepts and am going to go to o2 tomorrow, but am wondering do i have any rights? Am i entitled to a new k800i?
anyone with any knowledge about what i should do, please post. i dont really want the same handset back as the enginers working on it clearly havent fixed it.
