Does anyone out there know how to transfer text messages from a Sony Erricsson K800i to a PC?
Sony don't currently have this feature but apparantly there is software available....
Any help appreciated

I use Float's Mobile Agent, you'll find it with a quick google. Fiddle with the settings a bit, plug the phone in (no need to select anything on the phone) and click connect.
You'll have to refresh your message folder, remember that what it says is in the inbox/sent folders is realtime. This means that if you disconnect and reconnect next week you'll have a load of new messages, and if you've deleted any on your phone these won't show up in the inbox. What i mean is that if you want to back them up you have to actively select the messages in the inbox then click move to archive.
Float is a client which does much more than just shows you your messages, but it fits this purpose well. You might find that it's even more useful for you
