How do I go about sending back a mobile that is within the 14 day send back policy to O2?

Is it quick and easy to do?

if u got the handset from an o2 store, i.e picked it up from der, u need to take it back to the store within 14 days of having it.

if you got the phone ordered online or if it was sent to you and you placed the order maybe over the phone, then you have to call customer services from your mobile and they will be able to tell you how to return the phone as well as giving you an authorisation code.
