My housemate dropped it and now when i power it on i just get a white screen and a couple of vibrations. It wont switch off and i have to take the battery out to turn it off. Charging it has the same effect!
any advice?

I had this situation once and I took my w550i to the service centre.
They installed the firmware again and was normal ok....
Hope urs will b da same ....
