> Annoying credit messages

Hello everyone.
I have a K800 on O2 PAYG. After each text i send or call i make, i get a message telling me my credit. It's not a text message, it just pops up on the screen.
It wouldn't be so bad, but i can't recieve any texts until i close the message, so i end up forgetting i recieved it, and getting a load of texts hours later when i realise.
Anyone know how to turn it off?

Phone O2 customer services and ask them to turn it off.
I did
it got really annoying!
