Orange are going to be introducing new data options for their priceplans from the 1st of June. £5 extra a month for evening and weekend and £8 a month for anytime gprs access apparently. This info is available from the following site:

Hi all,
Well that's much better now that means Orange have joined T-Mobile and 3 in the Data revolution. How ever much they don't want to Vodafone and 02 are going to have revise their current price structures. The others all offer for sub £10pm 1GB limits, with Voda & 02 for that money you would still get under 10mb in comparison. If they don't start matching this soon IMO they will end up churning an awful lot of customers.

i agree with you marc, i have looked at the orange website, at the moment they are currently offering the £5 a month option for evening and weekend only, no mention of the £8 service on the wesbite yet.

i think evening and weekend is fine for internet access thats when i tend to use it on my mobile though.

Hi Mr Miyagi
I can see no reason why the £8 package would not exist its seems reasonable, just waiting to see what Voda nad 02 do as they must do something.
