since i've smashed my remote against the wall it doesn't work to well.
Therefor i'm looking for a tool/application to control (any) TV/DVD etc.
I used to have on at my Pocket-PC, so i'm curious if there is any that works with SE P990

Also the range on IR ports on phones is about 50cm. Its just as easy to get up and press the button on the telly

an ancient ipaq (hp 2210) worked realy great with it's IR port (range 3/4m?)
so'was kind a hoping my p990 could do the same trick

When I was young there was some sort of Casio-watch that u could use for remote control

that was fun in the class

my friend used to have one of those...he'd change the tv channel in the middle of one of the stupid educational videos in class. amused us all greatly, until one teacher figured out who it was
