Hi there. Its been a long time since i last posted on here.
Been very busy lately

Anyway, after having my k800i for nearly a year now it is time for me to upgrade my phone and contract.
Now i remember when i first joined this forum and the Sony Ericsson K800i was just being released and everyone was saying that they rang up the cancellation department of their network saying
"I would like to cancel my contract with you as i have been offered a better deal with Orange(For Example), can you match or better their offer"
The majority of people were getting extremely good deals offered to them.
Is this the correct thing to do and what is the number to do this for o2?

call the number on ur mobile bill or call o2 customer services from the website, and ask to speak to the cancellation dept.
