I am currently trying to update software, it says identification in process and it has been saying it for 10 minutes, is this normal??? nothing seems to happen. I am a newbie in updating software so can someone please please help,

Unplug the cable and redo the process. Beware, SEUS behaved wrong recently as many posts said so..
