Can anyone offer any help on this. My firends XBL account was hacked and as a precaution I set up a passcode for
my own account but like an idiot, I forgot it the next day. I've tried loads of combinations and no luck. Do you think if I contact the support team, they'd be able to provide me with the code?
So annoyed I can't play online!

He's able to sign into passport sites but can't play online for some reason. When I was round his house, he showed me how he's lost all the people on his friends list.

Can't play online? Sure he's not banned? I think if you call the xbox helpline then they should be able to tell you what you can do but i don't think they will be able to sort it out for you. Was it a passcode with the controller buttons or a password?

25 mins on the phone, 20 of them on hold... it's sorted now.
All I needed to do is to delete and recover my profile and that's it.
Back online again and let this be a warning from experiance, if you set a passcode, write it down!
