Were sharing the same fate
I wonder if there are some generic app for uiq 3.0 that work on my btooth keyboard?
I search over the net and found the generic app that only works on uiq 2, s80, s60 & s60 3rd edition! No uiq 3.0!
Its so sad that uiq 3.0 isnt widely known among developers or in another word it not popular

The reason there is no generic app is because Standard HID keyboard device support is built in to UIQ3
Best bet is to get a keyboard that supports HID profile rather than these propriartry ones that need their own drivers and com port emulation etc

Say, im a heavy user of my w950. I can even send +/- 50 text message in a day. And i do a lot of browsing, even replying this post is done by my w950.
Sometimes i found very painful to use regular abc style keypad or on screen keyboard.
Ill be very happy if i can done it with a spacious qwerty keyboard

Hello

I have bought the Freedom Universal Keyboard and have set it to HID mode.
However, I cannot pair it with my UIQ3 phone (P1).

How comes it doesnot work ? I understood that HID keyboards would work with UIQ3 phones ?

Pls help !

Best regards

Gerhard
