Everytime I try to run the agent, it just starts and sits in my tray icon and hogs memory. When I double click it, no window restores but instead it triggers a duplicate process therefore eating up my memory.

I'm connected via USb with a SEMC DSS-20 SyncStation driver installed in COM 10. I would like to connect my K500i to my PC on XP Pro SP2.

Try MyPhoneExplorer mate, FloAt's is has many more options, but sometimes it doesn't star well, try MyPhoneExplorer, wich is much more straightfordward and has all you need. In any case, try downloading and older, more stable version of FloAt's mobile agent.
