> k800i navigation shortcuts

I've recently bought a a k800i, top phone but just a few things i wanted to know
1- is there anyway to change the shortcuts assigned to the joystick, at the moment i can only change the RIGHT navigation shortcut (the others are fixed and greyd out, cant change them: Left for texts, Up for file manager and Down for contacts.)
2- In the k750i you could assign the music button to open only radio, can you do this in the k800i?
3- finally, is there anyway to get rid of the annoying emergency calls only thing when reception is low!
