Of all the negative sentiments i've read about SE "failures" to nurture the eyes of it's feature-oriented fans, i choose to open this thread to enable "happy" SE users to "also" tell us here what "factor" makes them happy choosing SE. This thread is open for all esato members(SE users/fans too) who became happy choosing SE
hope to read some of your stories mates

It goes way back to 'Ericsson' when it was alone without Sony.
I loved their phone back then for one reason : excellent hardware worksmanship, which, back then, nokia was shit in it.
Had a couple of nokias completely broken (under normal use

) whereas Ericssons survive and kicks !!
Btw, I owned the following phones : GH688>>T28>>T20>>T39>>T68>>P800>>P900>>finally P990 and my old T600.
I never found any problems in any of those phones, except one of them which was the P900, and it was a minor manufacturing problem.
Otherwise, my preference in Ericsson, now Sony Ericsson, is the lovely hardware thats simply made from steel loool

... K750!

great phone even with a sticky stick, and: maybe I'd never have found esato, had I not bought it that "fateful day"... Also the brilliant design and features of w900i - even more intriguing thanks to its complete absence here in Ireland!

@maggflodd, it's the same for me too! My K750 which I'm using to post this very moment is the first SE I've had and I couldn't be happier. I used to change phones very often, cos I always find one that's better. It's not happened ever since I bought my K750. It's such a brilliant phone and has not failed me for the past 8 months I've had it. I can't believe I've gone on for 8 months without wanting a new phone.

I remember how amazed i was when i first got my K750 - nice size, amazing camera, easy to use UI, great sound quality. Now i have a K800 which has a great screen and i really appreciate the xenon flash and great quality of the camera. I reckon the cam features are great too.

i find most attractive, their ideas.
they(ericsson) have ben the first that that made it possible to write your own ring tone, draw pictures, sent all that stuf via sms, cange color of housing...
then they relesed the famous T68 with color screen, themes, built in memory... they started the camera phone revolution with those attacable cameras, then together with sony started the MMS. everyone else just copyed theyr ideas.
now, they were the first that started the walkman phones, and better headphones(hpm-70), and everyone else are copying that idea and releasing 'music eddition phones'.
and the first one that combined pocket PC and phone(P800), Cyber-shot, ksenon flash(and on k700 the led flash), they started the UMTS erra with z1010, bluetooth remote control, and alot of things that i've forgoten now.

I'm staying with SE for the greate: camera, music, themes, memory, UI and good casing quality. I currently use a S700 and a K750. And I'm planing to get a K810 with a 4Gb card.
I have tried some Nokia, Samsung and Moto. But they are newer right for me..

Had the 700, 750 now got the 800 and I love the phones! My K800i crashed Monday (the first time I have ever had a problem with a S/E phone), the screen just came up with random letters. Sent it back to O2 and a new one came back today.
My digital camera is now redundant as is my MP3 player as the phone can do it all.
Wouldn't hesitate in buying another.
*EDIT* Ooops sorry First Post (been lurking for ages) The drinks are on me.
