I'm kind of new to this so forgive any repetition of issues already discussed. My K800i just refuses to attach ringtones or video ringtones to certain contacts. I'm (now) aware of the possible problems - duplicate entries etc. I've updated to the latest firmware. I've deleted and re-entered (876 contacts!!!) and I've searched high and low for a solution and haven't found one.

I know a whole bunch of other K800 owners have experienced the same problem - but has anyone actually managed to solve it?

That's not true!
I have well over 500 contacts and I don't have this problem.
I used to have this problem when I was on R1ED but was solved when I upgraded to R1GB.

Why don't you try to do a master reset?
