everything works apart from when someone trys to call you or you call out just go blanks. and cuts off

any ideas??

Agreed, I'd say it was blocked as well. Certain network sims will still recive a signal such as Voda and T-Mob/Virgin, whereas Orange and O2 will display invalid/inactive sim in a blocked phone.

I had the same problem with my K750i. I had it unlocked n it worked fine but im not sure if it will b the same for yours.

. . . just a SIMPLE answer here mate, maybe there's NO network coverage when calling or being called upon
