Hi guys, and gals!
I'm wanting to debrand my W850i from three and i'm not sure whether to use Wotan or Davinci, which would you recommend as the best and why?
I want to be able to use flash themes and update via SE in the future. I also need to know what the generic cda for UK English is too.

i've used wotan to debrand 2 w810i's. it enabled the flash themes and is slightly cheaper than davinci.
EDIT: just choose the generic uk finalization/custom pack in wotan

Have you any idea if selecting the generic firmware will then allow me to switch off the 3G setting and select GSM? Three don't allow this option on their phones, so by debranding would this then be possible?

Hi, I used Wotan to debrand my W850i on 3 and works fine. Have had no problems. Also, the phone will download the 3 settings automatically from the network. (inet / mms). Currently using generic europe 1.
You can access the 3g / normal network menu and switch if need be.
