> Apple Ipod - Warranty Repair

Hi all,
My bloody Ipod video has a cracked screen as of yesterday grrr.
I have checked the serial number on apple.com and it still has 218 days of warranty. But i dont know what to do afterwards to get it picked up for repair. All i know what to do is check the serial number! Hope i dont sound stupid but any help would be greatly appricated on what to do!

You don't need a reciept. Go to the apple website and initiate a return for it to be repaired etc etc. They send you a box via dhl or ups and you send it off and then about a week later you should get a new one. They rarely bother actually repairing them.

Ok think ive done it i selected the issue under...
Service Type - Service Product (such as ipod) and mentioned the screen being damaged.
Hope ive done it right?
What will happen now?

They email you back and say they will send a box out for you to send to them. You just send the ipod nothing else, then ring the courier for them to pick it up and they'll be in touch.
