> W810i Unlocked/Debranded but no predictive text

Like the title says I have a W810i that is debranded and unlocked. It was originally on Orange.
The problem is that predictive text doesnt work. When looking in the languages I have Hungarian/Croatian/etc abc/123 but no English. I'm assuming that as ive tried abc and SIM selected languages and neither works I need English to be in the languages (it cant predict if the actual language isnt there). Is there a simple way to add english?
Help/ideas greatly appreciated.

Forgot to say that when i specify one of the languages it does have say croatian then predictive text works.

It was flashed in a shop so I can't flash it myself.
It didnt cost anything as it wouldn't work on any SIM card apart from Orange after flashing. I rang Orange and they told me it wasn't blocked or anything so I then rang Virgin. They took the IMEI number but it still would only work on Orange. I was ready to throw in the towel and sell the thing but next day it suddenly started working with Virgin. So i'm a little wary about taking it to get flashed again. I'm just hoping there is some way via settings etc to get english as a langugage.

Its the Mrs' new toy so i'm a little vague on exactly where i need to specify the languages and was wondering if there's an option to get english displayed at the section in the options where you select the 'writing text' option as its only there that english isn't displayed. It is displayed in other area of the settings/options menus.

debranding instructions are at the bottom of the first post (even if your phone is already debranded, this is the process youll need to follow)
if youre not confortable enough to do it alone you can add me to your MSN contacts
alek_trevelyan@hotmail.com and i can walk you through it. it shouldnt take more than 15 mins. i also have all the files you need (including america_2 FS) anyways.. hope this helps.

I'll probably be able to get my hands on the phone tomorrow from the Mrs'. Am I correct in that all I need hardware wise is the phone and the cable that came with it to connect it to the PC via USB.
I've added you to my msn and will give you a shout when i'm ready to give it a go. I'll try and get some of the files and install them etc. so that it doesnt take forever.

the shop will have probably unbranded to an old FW and updated with SEUS which sometimes causes phnes to be relocked, either that or they flashed it with ornage sim in so make sure you dont do those and it'll stay unlocked

So if the reading around ive done is correct I need Europe2 region because i'm located in UK and want T9 for english. I also need a FS and customisation to match. The firmware is R4C and there are two newer ones.
Once I have the .mbs, .fs and customisation files I should be able to open XS specify the three files in the browser windows and press flash. All should be fine after that touch wood. Is that right?
Recommendations welcome for which firmwares etc.

Ive downloaded the following latest firmwares which are American but they still speak a bit of english over there apparently:-
Main
W810_R4EK001_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn
FS
W810_R4EK001_FS_AMERICA2_RED49.fbn
What SSW file do i need? Are they entirely seperate from the firmware, more like skins that actual firmware. Can I use any if not which?
