Sad!

It shows how much kids value their phones these days.

How can anybody value their phone more than their life?

It's always possible they jumped in after their phone, and THEN discovered that something like the water current was too fast or it was too deep etc.

I doubt they'd put their life on the line for their phones.

Well according to the article this happened!

\"Witnesses said Allen tried to climb a concrete embankment at the fishing area but couldn't get out because it was slick with algae.\"

Following a cell that too fell into water? Hmm. . . Teens better sort out their priorities.

Well, to be honest I would jump after my phone anywhere, but I'm a good swimmer. Wouldn't jump in Niagara Falls or place like those, but if it seems safe, why not? Probably the reason for that, cause I have so much imporant data in my phone...

I'm positive i'll take a dive to get back my phone. (water damage is covert with my insurance, but only if i can hand in the phone)

but it's true people actualy love their phone.
