hey ive got sky n i am having problems getting on to the wireless network?? any ideas ive tried most things..
i have ssid sky*****
authentication - open
network mode - infrastructure
data encryption - wep
default wep key - 1
define wep key - 1
wep key type - ascii
wep key - IS THIS THE SERIAL NUMBER AS THIS IS THE ONLY THING ON THE UNIT WHICH HAS 13 NUMBERS?LETTERS....
but still not able to connect any1 else had a similar problem with sky box????
please help..

guess your using sky broadband?
anyways where it say the authentication, use WPA-PSK and press the right arrow.
you should come up data encryption. keep it as TKIP.
then you got the passphrase and thats where you put the network key.
hope that will help. worked for me!

This worked perfect for me first time, thanks.
Browsing internet on P990i via my home wireless broadband works like a dream.
