Hi,I am about to buy a new cell tomorrow & have shortlisted both of the above..The common things I've been hearin on the forum is that k750i's joystick gets spoilt soon,and the k550's camera is nowhere near as good as the k750i...What is the true picture regarding these two issues? And can the k550 store 1000 sms,or is it limited to 200 like k750?
I need help urgently..Please help me ppl..would really appreciate it..

But between the K550i and the K750i, I'd go with the K550i. Just cuz it's newer and I've heard more people praise the camera than criticise it.
Just be aware that I heard many people say it's not really up to Cyber-shot standards. They just stuck the Cyber-shot name as a selling point

i'd stay with the k750. if you dont care about the camera then go for the k550. k550 has a2dp which makes it better than the k750 (that's nothing for me though atm).

k750i is for sure one of the best phones ever made. (awseome camera, Mega bass available, nice design, very VERY good battery life (k750i have one of the longest).....)
i should go for the k750i, just because its cheeper (and Mega bass)......

K550 is better due to newer design.
it's thinner, lighter and stylish.
it also has A2DP, D-Pad and JP7 (Multitasking).
Newer font and newer media player also would be better than K750.
but but but, K750 would be a better choice if the PRICE is lower severely.
from most i can see, K750 price is about 3/4 from K550 or lower.
that indicates K550 is not a good choice of phone at its price, cause for me, i'd rather go for K800 which is priced at ratio of 5:3 (K800 v: K750).
therefore, it depends on you about how you want to manage to spend your money, i'd go for K750 if the price is attractive. otherwise i choose K550 despite its JP7 and new font.

And don't forget that K750 can be modded!
Well, K550 can also be modded but not as easily as K750 and K550 doesn't have as much mods as K750 does.
