I installed that nice Shozu photo blogger on my K800i on UK O2 PAYG but it won't activate. It fails with a connection error (Not an AUTH error or anything like that). All my other net stuff works. Now from a search of Esato there is a chance that it may be due to java certificates being incorrect. I had Vodaphone unlock the phone and then I debranded the phone to Generic Europe 2 using Wotan. Could this have screwed up my Verisign 3 java certificates? Is there any way to tell? Like some kind of test?

I understand that if this is the case then the only way to get them back is by copying the files over woth a Cruizer cable and a Setool2 script. But I'd like to be certain that this is indeed the problem before I pay for the cable, copy files and do a master reset on my phone (Thus losing everything in the process).

Thanks!

EDIT: Nevermind. Seems it's due to the fact I am O2 PAYG. Hoping my T-Mobile SIM (When it arrives) will allow full access.

Hi there, just found this old post. Did you manage to get ShoZu working? The older version of ShoZu worked only over Internet access points which allowed access to port 110. But it did not work over WAP/HTTP only access points so sometimes required a bit of manual labor to enter your network operator settings.

The good news is that we've just launched a new version which can connect over either, so feel free to download it from our site www.shozu.com

Best,
Mark (ShoZu)
