I've just bought a Nokia 6300 today, I've been using SE phones for ages and felt that it was time to change brand, anyway I really like this little 6300, its small, stylish and well build it seems. I have a few questions and hoping you guys could help me out.
My first problem is the phone book, I'm used to the phone book of SE, that means having 1 name and diffrent different numbers for home, work and so on, but on Nokia it seems that you have to have 1 name for every number, if thats true is there anything to be done to this, like maybe dowload a program or something?
And seceond thing is that I dont know where to find good sites for themes for this phone, any suggestions would be appriciated

dont need to have 1 name for every number either.
make sure you are storing names to phone memory not sim, then when entering details, go to options and there will be choices to add more detail i.e another phone number, email address etc

I'm thinking of getting the 6300 too, but I'm concerned about several issues. First off, I've heard the battery life isn't all that great, so how long can it actually last? Next, it has a 3.5mm headphone connector right? One more thing, if I were to send a namecard from my K750i to the 6300, would all the details appear or would I lose some of them? For example, email addresses, birthdays, addresses, etc.
Having used Nokias all my life before switching to Samsung, Motorola and finally my K750i, I'm actually quite reluctant to go back to any other brand because the SE UI is great and there are many small features that make them a joy to use. If only there was an SE phone with the form-factor of the 6300, I'd buy it without much hesitation.

imo the biggest bug of 6300 is that the backcover gets very easily scratched. next to it a nice s40 fone, but i also experienced poor batt life. however a very stylish fone, but more for ladies imo then for gents
