Anybody KNOW from experience if it will be possible to make a full Restore from the Backup of 1 P990 to another?

I will get a new phone and would like to do that instead of fiddling with all those Settings and other files and programs.

By the way, anybody know what this DPY means:

DPY 101 1472/137 R8C EN, NL

Especially: 137

Because R8C is hardware revision and EN is English, NL perhaps Netherlands ?
