Hi,

I have a Sony CMD-Z7 and have just purchased a datacable for it. I have been trying to use this cable and phone with the official Sony wallpaper and ringtone software but it says that my mobile is not connected to the PC when I can clearly see that it is!! What might I be doing wrong and more importantly how can I get it to work?
