Can anyone tell me what file type and resolution in pixels should I create videos for on my K800i?

K800 can play 3GP and MP4 and the screen size is 240x320 pixels

Thanks. That seems quite a low resolution and a 4:3 ratio. Do you know if it can handle widescreen 16:9 ratio?
The demo video on the phone uses the whole screen area but 320 x 240 whould be almost square.
Any ideas?

lot of ppl think that video size should be the same size as resolution ..

but the video that came with my phone (preview video) has reslution 224*176
can anyone explain that ?
my phone has 220x176 pixels
