When i try to turn it on the lcd just flashes, is it fixable? I don't know but maybe it's an software faliure? Do you think reflash will help?

Well yes it have been dropped i think but latley i don't know. Don't have the phone here right now, but what if the ir blinks?

Ok but if erom is damaged, is it damaged fysically or can i just flash it?
